First I picked a picture of myself and shared it to myself so I can make a cartoon version of me. I went over the face, neck, arms, as well as my hair, eyes, mouth, eyebrows and shirt with the pen tool.  To put colour on my face, neck and arms I used gradients. For the shirt I picked a pattern and applied it to the image. and I drew out the mouth with the brush tool. And for the background I Went over it with the pen tool and added a colour so it looks nicer and neater.
